Dégustation "Terroir"
Vous serez accueillis par un membre de la Famille Boursot, qui vous présentera l’histoire du domaine et du vignoble bourguignon. Nous aborderons la notion de terroir, en analysant la carte géologique de Chambolle-Musigny, ainsi que le processus de vinification et d’élevage.
La dégustation sera composé de 7 vins dont 2 appellations Régionales, 3 Villages, 1 Premier Cru, 1 Grand Cru.

The explanation was very clear, the wines were superb. The visit to the cellar was an interesting plus. Good explanation about the different denominations of the wines of the region. We were lucky to arrive 30 minutes before, because then we could have the explanation in English. The other group was French people and the experience would not be the same.

コートドニュイの7種類ものワインを通して感じた違いは、ブルゴーニュワインの奥深さを垣間見せてくれました。なぜブルゴーニュの細い地域にワインが集中しているのか、最近の温暖化が与える影響、などの質問にも、歴史や彼の経験からの答えがあり、興味深かったです。
