"Terroir" Tasting
You will be welcomed by a member of the Boursot Family, who will introduce you to the history of the estate and the Burgundian vineyard. We will address the notion of terroir, by analyzing the geological map of Chambolle-Musigny, as well as the winemaking and aging process. The tasting will consist of 7 wines including 2 Regional appellations, 3 Villages, 1 Premier Cru, 1 Grand Cru.

Romaric gave us an amazing wine tasting, each wine was better than the last. He is a personable man who really has pride in his family’s winemaking (as he should) and that is reflected in the tasting experience. It was a pleasure to learn about Boursot’s winemaking process and the various designations from Romaric. Needless to say, the wine was also exceptional.

We had such a lovely time, Mr Boursot was so knowledgeable and you can tell how much he enjoys his job. The wine was beautiful and it was amazing to taste a Grand Cru, and it was exceptional. Highly recommended!

Degustation de 7 vins du village jusqu'au grand cru clos vougeot ! Gentillesse ,compétence technique ,histoire d'une famille de vignerons depuis 1550 , tout à été réuni pour passer un moment formidable. Mille merci pour ces instants de grand bonheur.
