Located in the Chambolle-Musigny area, we find in this wine all the finesse of this terroir. With aromas of white-fleshed fruits, hawthorn ans citrus, it also offers a nice tension. Aged in 300L barrels during 10 months with 20% new oak.
Located in the Vosne-Romanée and Chambolle-Musigny area, this Bourgogne Pinot Noir has the structure and finesse of those terroirs. It develops beautiful aromas of red fruits and spices. Aged 10 months in stainless steel tanks to keep all the fruit and freshness, it is easy to drink young.
A small wall separates “Les Retraits” of the Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er cru “Clos de la Maréchale”. Located in the village of Comblanchien, famous for is quarry, this mineral and fruity wine also develops the tamperament and power of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Aged 14 months in barrels with 30% new oak.
The Climat “Les Ratausses” is located at the bottom of the Savigny-Lès-Beaune vineyard. This wine is a concentrate of fruit. Round, fine and with very supple tannins, it is a pleasant wine even in its youth. Aging for 14 months in one or more wine barrels.
Assembly of several Climats, the Gevrey-Chambertin express aromas of blackberry, cassis, cherry and black pepper, with a big mouth and a beautiful power. Aged 14 months in barrels with 40% new oak.
With Grands Crus such as “Richebourg”, “Romanée Saint-Vivant” or the very famous “Romanée Conti”, the vineyard of Vosne-Romanée produces wines whose quality and renown are no longer to prove. From vines over 75 years old, this wine is a tribute to its terroir. The ripe red fruits on a spicy background gives way to the aromas of candied fruits, leather and fur after years of aging. Aged 14 months in barrels with 50% new oak. Only 600 bottles produced.
Located in the bottom of the appellation, near Vougeot. The most feminine of the Bourgogne wines covers the mouth with velvet. Its aromas of red fruits express themselves with a great finesse and a superb complexity.
Located below the Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru, “Les Lavrottes” is among the smallest premier cru of Chambolle-Musigny but also among the finest and most delicate. The pink fruits and red fruits are expressed with great elegance and a touch of minerality. The production amounts to only 450 bottles.
This plot has less sunlight because located in a hollow. However, it benefits from the heat and humidity that stagnates at the bottom of this depression during the summer, making it a more robust vine. The resulting wine is powerful and structured and combines the aromas of candied black fruits, leather and spices.
Among the most prestigious premiers crus, alongside “Charmes” and “Amoureuses”, “Les Fuées” are ideally located on the top of the slope, a stone’s throw from the Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru. From vines over 75 years old, we bring to this jewel a special attention in order to sublimate this Climat and produce a wine of a very high quality. It combines power and finesse, structure and delicacy, all with balance and complexity. The aromas of black fruits, violets and spices are a highlight that enchants our palate.
Founded around 1110 by the nearby Cîteaux Abbey, which retained ownership until 1789, the Clos de Vougeot is the very image of Bourgogne. Celebrated throughout the world, it is undoubtedly the best known, the most emblematic, the most mythical of the great Bourgogne wines. The best known but also the largest in surface area since eighty five owners share 50 ha, 95 ares and 76 centiares divided into 134 plots inside the famous clos surrounded by walls. Our Clos de Vougeot, from the Climat “Marei Haut” has a very intense color, aromas of ripe black fruits, liquorice, truffle and spices. A fleshy mouth combining finesse and softness supported by a beautiful structure. Aging for 14 months in old barrels. Only 300 bottles produced per year.
